I have worked as a personal trainer for over 3 years now. However, my own fitness journey started long before that. I grew up an athlete, but was never satisfied with my skinny "runners body" type build. At 16 years old I began resistance training with the goal of hypertrophy. I fell victim to many fad programs and diets during this time and found myself nowhere near my goals after nearly 3 years of consistent training. Eventually, I decided to stop what I was doing and educate myself. Shortly after, I began surpassing my goals and am now constantly seeking to share my knowledge with others.
